Miami Lakes Home
A complete down to the studs renovation of a 5800 sq ft, 5 bedroom home in Miami Lakes. Project included multiple lighting elements controlled using a Control4 panelized lighting system. Triad Speakers throughout common areas powered by Sonos and Episode amplifiers. A Nexus drop down TV in the Master and an 85" LG OLED in the Living Area. Full security and CCTV were installed covering perimeter.
Morningside Home
Located in Miami's Historic Morningside neighborhood this project included a complete renovation and construction of a 2-story addition. A complete Control4 system with a blend of panel and wireless lighting devices, Sonance Invisible Speakers through the Living, Dining and Kitchen Areas. A Sonance Garden Series outdoor sound system, wall mounted Samsung Frame TV's and a complete FX Luminaire garden lighting system to show off the landscaping and historic features of this unique home.
South of Fifth Waterfront Townhome
A 1200 sq ft, 2 story town house located in Miami Beach's most desirable neighborhood. Project included Control4 Wireless lighting, an 85" Samsung TV recessed into a marble wall with less than 1/4" opening, LED waterfall lighting and a Sonos sound system throughout. A Control4 Chime doorbell allows the owners to see who is at the door no matter where they are. All Shades and Lighting Scenes are setup on a schedule based on sunrise and sunset.
